BCL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Ku80, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with BCL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL3-to-partner and partner-to-BCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by BCL3-low versus BCL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
