BCL2L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,729 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP5, STRN3, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with BCL2L2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L2-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2L2 versus ARHGAP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
