BCL2L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,038 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHNYN, TM9SF1, and RAB2B. Each is linked with BCL2L2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L2-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2L2 versus KHNYN in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
