Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,428 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are miRNA processing, Response to starvation, and Protein linear polyubiquitination. Each is linked with BCL2L2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L2-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L2 results are reported.
