Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCL2L15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BCL2L15 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher BCL2L15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCL2L15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and SKCM are the cancer types where BCL2L15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
