BCL2L13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,161 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT2A, KIAA1671, and COMT. Each is linked with BCL2L13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L13-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2L13 versus TRMT2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L13→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
