Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL2L13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,596 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2L13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Caveolin-mediated endocytosis, Primitive hemopoiesis, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure. Each is linked with BCL2L13 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L13-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-mediated endocytosis grouped by BCL2L13-low versus BCL2L13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
