Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L12P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,003 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2L12P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Ribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with BCL2L12P1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L12P1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L12P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body grouped by BCL2L12P1-low versus BCL2L12P1-high in STAD.
