BCL2L12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,345 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, PURA, and TRIP13. Each is linked with BCL2L12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L12-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2L12 versus PRMT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L12→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
