BCL2L12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,219 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDK1, CLHC1, and FCAR. Each is linked with BCL2L12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L12-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2L12 versus SDK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L12→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
