Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 762 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2L12-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC2, ABRAXAS2, and RNF34. Each is linked with BCL2L12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L12-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VDAC2 grouped by BCL2L12-low versus BCL2L12-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L12→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
