Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL2L12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2L12-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX4I2, CXorf51B, and ELOA3DP. Each is linked with BCL2L12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L12-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX4I2 grouped by BCL2L12-low versus BCL2L12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L12→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
