Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCL2L11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BCL2L11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher BCL2L11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCL2L11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, CESC, and SKCM are the cancer types where BCL2L11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
