BCL2L11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL97P, RN7SKP154, and COX15. Each is linked with BCL2L11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L11-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL97P grouped by BCL2L11-low versus BCL2L11-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L11→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
