Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,458 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C19orf33, CHMP4B, and EPS8L1. Each is linked with BCL2L1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2L1 versus C19orf33 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
