Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,738 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HM13, ABALON, and MRAP2. Each is linked with BCL2L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2L1 versus HM13 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
