BCL2L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 999 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLFP1, LINC01162, and CSAG4. Each is linked with BCL2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HLFP1 grouped by BCL2L1-low versus BCL2L1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
