Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with BCL2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L1 results are reported.
