Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,285 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to plasma membrane, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Autophagy. Each is linked with BCL2L1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L1 results are reported.
