BCL2A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,111 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, NCF1, and NCF2. Each is linked with BCL2A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2A1 versus PTPRC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
