BCL11B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL11B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL11B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Cyclin-B1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with BCL11B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL11B-to-partner and partner-to-BCL11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by BCL11B-low versus BCL11B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
