BCL11B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,462 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL11B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTUS1, S1PR5, and MCFD2. Each is linked with BCL11B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL11B-to-partner and partner-to-BCL11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL11B versus MTUS1 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
