Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCL10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BCL10 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher BCL10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCL10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, SCLC, and UCEC are the cancer types where BCL10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
