BCL10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-48P, OR11H5P, and RN7SKP251. Each is linked with BCL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL10-to-partner and partner-to-BCL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-48P grouped by BCL10-low versus BCL10-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
