BCKDK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCKDK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,419 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCKDK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, IQSEC1, and SEPTIN1_S206. Each is linked with BCKDK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCKDK-to-partner and partner-to-BCKDK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCKDK versus DCTPP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCKDK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCKDK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
