Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCKDK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,604 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCKDK-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX4, PTN, and FAM171A1. Each is linked with BCKDK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCKDK-to-partner and partner-to-BCKDK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCKDK versus STX4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCKDK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCKDK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
