Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCKDK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCKDK-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, OR56A5, and TBC1D21. Each is linked with BCKDK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCKDK-to-partner and partner-to-BCKDK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by BCKDK-low versus BCKDK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCKDK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCKDK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
