BCKDHA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCKDHA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCKDHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with BCKDHA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCKDHA-to-partner and partner-to-BCKDHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by BCKDHA-low versus BCKDHA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCKDHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCKDHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
