BCKDHA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCKDHA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,026 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCKDHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCKDHB, PGAP3, and KLC2. Each is linked with BCKDHA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCKDHA-to-partner and partner-to-BCKDHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCKDHA versus BCKDHB in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCKDHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCKDHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
