BCKDHA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCKDHA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCKDHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR27, OR7A10, and LEFTY2. Each is linked with BCKDHA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCKDHA-to-partner and partner-to-BCKDHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR27 grouped by BCKDHA-low versus BCKDHA-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCKDHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCKDHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
