BCHE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCHE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCHE-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFV1, ALAS1, and SMIM10L2A. Each is linked with BCHE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCHE-to-partner and partner-to-BCHE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFV1 grouped by BCHE-low versus BCHE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCHE→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCHE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
