BCAS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,921 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTNNBL1, FAM66C, and SEMA4F. Each is linked with BCAS4 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS4-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS4 versus CTNNBL1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
