BCAS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,198 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL21, RPL7, and EEF2. Each is linked with BCAS4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS4-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS4 versus RPL21 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
