BCAS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7976, PLCE1P1, and MIR4769. Each is linked with BCAS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS4-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7976 grouped by BCAS4-low versus BCAS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
