BCAS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,690 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, PCIF1, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with BCAS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS3 versus VEZF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
