BCAS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,805 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F8, JAM3, and NAP1L3. Each is linked with BCAS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS3 versus E2F8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
