BCAS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,127 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPTF, DCAKD, and FBXL20. Each is linked with BCAS3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS3 versus BPTF in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
