BCAS2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,137 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIC3, NFIC_S339, and SMPDL3A. Each is linked with BCAS2P3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS2P3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
