BCAS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,675 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGSM3, BCAS1_S399, and BCAS1_S552. Each is linked with BCAS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS1-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS1 versus SGSM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
