BCAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,502 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LZTS2, GABRB1, and PI16. Each is linked with BCAS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS1-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LZTS2 grouped by BCAS1-low versus BCAS1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
