Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCAR1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BCAR1P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher BCAR1P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCAR1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where BCAR1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
