BCAR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC11C, BCAR1_S428, and DHX38. Each is linked with BCAR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAR1-to-partner and partner-to-BCAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAR1 versus SEC11C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
