BCAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,747 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, JOSD1, and PSMA3. Each is linked with BCAR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAR1-to-partner and partner-to-BCAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by BCAR1-low versus BCAR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
