BCAP31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,592 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAP31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSDHL, FMR1, and HMGB3. Each is linked with BCAP31 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAP31-to-partner and partner-to-BCAP31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
