BCAP31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAP31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,005 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAP31-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6AP1, SLC10A3, and NSDHL. Each is linked with BCAP31 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAP31-to-partner and partner-to-BCAP31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
