Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCAP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAP31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of microtubule nucleation, Very long-chain fatty acid catabolic process, and scaRNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with BCAP31 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAP31-to-partner and partner-to-BCAP31 results are reported.
