BCAP29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAP29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, ATM, and CD49b. Each is linked with BCAP29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAP29-to-partner and partner-to-BCAP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by BCAP29-low versus BCAP29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
