BCAP29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCAP29 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,062 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are HYOU1, BAIAP2L1, and CCSER2. Each is linked with BCAP29 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAP29-to-partner and partner-to-BCAP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HYOU1 grouped by BCAP29-low versus BCAP29-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
