BCAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,576 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAM_S600, DNAJC1_S430, and FMNL3. Each is linked with BCAM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAM-to-partner and partner-to-BCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
