BCAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,807 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIFR, RAMP2, and RERG. Each is linked with BCAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAM-to-partner and partner-to-BCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
